Juni · Last updated 18 August 2026

Juni does not have accounts, does not ask who you are, and does not send your voice anywhere. This page explains that in detail, including the one place data does leave your phone.

What Juni collects about you

Nothing. There is no sign-up, no email address, no password, and no profile. You are never asked for your name, your gender, your age, or your location, and there is nothing in the app that could work them out.

Juni contains no analytics, no advertising, and no crash reporting. Nothing counts your taps or reports how you use it.

Your recordings

Juni records your voice so it can measure it and play it back. Those recordings are written to Juni's own private storage on your device. They are not uploaded, not backed up to us, and not readable by other apps.

Everything Juni measures — your pitch, your resonance, your weight, your practice history, your weekly check-ins, your voice diary — is worked out on the device and stored on the device.

Deleting the app deletes all of it. You can also erase everything from inside Juni, under You → Start over, which removes every recording and every measurement immediately.

What leaves your phone, and when

Three things, all of which you start yourself:

Purchases

This is the one part of Juni that talks to a server.

Payment is handled entirely by Apple. Juni never sees your card, your billing address, or your Apple ID.

To know whether a subscription is active, Juni uses RevenueCat, which receives a randomly generated identifier for your installation, the purchase receipt Apple issues, and basic device information such as the platform and app version. It does not receive your name, your email, or any recording or measurement. That identifier is not linked to anything that identifies you, because Juni holds nothing that does.

Notifications

If you turn on practice reminders, they are scheduled on your device by iOS. Nothing is sent from a server, and nothing about your practice leaves the phone to produce them.

Children

Juni is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. Since Juni collects no personal information from anyone, there is nothing to collect.

Your rights

Laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you the right to see, correct, export, and delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to show or delete. The data Juni creates is on your device and under your control, and You → Start over erases it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change ever meant Juni collected something it does not collect today, that would be said plainly in the app, not quietly added here.
