Is my data safe?

Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. We never collect, transmit, or have access to any of your content.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual desired realities from the My DRs tab. To remove all app data, simply delete the app from your device.

Can I transfer my data to a new device?

Your Rift data is included in your standard iPhone backup. When you restore a backup to a new device, your Rift data will transfer automatically.

The app is not working properly.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, please contact us with a description of the problem and your device model.
