These terms cover using Juni and subscribing to Juni Plus. Using the app means you accept them.
What Juni is
Juni is a voice training app. It measures your voice, teaches exercises, and gives you a weekly plan based on what it measured. It is a practice tool, and it works if you use it — which mostly means showing up on ordinary days.
Juni is not medical care
Juni is not a doctor, a speech therapist, or a diagnosis. Nothing in it is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified speech and language pathologist.
Stop and rest if it hurts. Pain, hoarseness that lingers, or more cracking than usual are reasons to stop practising and see a doctor. Pushing through a sore voice can cause real injury.
You are responsible for how you use the app and for looking after your own voice while you do.
Juni Plus
Some of Juni is free forever: the Studio meters, your voice report, and every video and reading in Learn. Juni Plus opens your daily practice, the weekly coach, every exercise, and three Studio tools.
Plus is sold through Apple as a subscription or as a one-time purchase:
- Monthly and Yearly renew automatically until you cancel.
- Lifetime is a single payment and does not renew.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your own currency. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
Free trial
The monthly and yearly plans start with a 3 day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription and your Apple ID is charged. One trial per Apple ID.
Renewal and cancelling
A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
Cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Plus until the period you have paid for runs out. Juni cannot cancel a subscription for you, because Apple holds it, not us.
Refunds
Apple handles all refunds for purchases made through the App Store. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Your recordings and your data
Your voice, your recordings, and everything Juni measures are yours. They stay on your device. We claim no ownership and no licence over them, and we cannot see them. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
Fair use
Please do not copy, resell, or redistribute Juni's exercises, lessons, or written material, and do not try to break, reverse engineer, or work around the paid parts of the app.
Videos in Learn belong to the people who made them. They are linked and credited, never copied.
Changes to the app and these terms
Juni will change: exercises get better, and things get added and occasionally removed. If these terms change, the date at the top changes. If a change materially affects what you have paid for, it will be said in the app.
Ending your access
You can stop using Juni whenever you like, delete it, or erase everything from You → Start over. We may end access to Plus for anyone abusing the app or attempting to defraud the store.
No warranty, and limits
Juni is provided as it is. Voices differ, and no app can promise a particular result by a particular date, so none is promised here. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to Juni is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
